During my facial, Shana took the time to truly understand my skin, and the issues I was currently facing. Shana gave me some great suggestions on how to address my dry skin at home, which I have incorporated into my routine and they have made an incredible difference for me.
She even followed up with me the next day to check in on me and my skin! I have had a lot of facials, but this experience set the bar at a new height!
